We at VIM are inspired by the philosophy of SIX SIGMA, a methodology that provides the techniques and tools to improve the capability and reduce the defects in any process. The aim is to control the defects to the tune of 3.4 per million opportunities.

While planning for reaching to industries for knowledge share in the form of consultancy, we posed a question to ourselves! Why those potential customers will even tolerate 3.4 defects? Can we dream towards perfection!  And that’s how the SEVENTH SIGMA was born.

With the faculty having immense Industrial exposure, the SEVENTH SIGMA, the Training Consultancy and Research Division of VIM is working on the following areas:

1] Consultancy: - Offering tailor made solutions in the various areas. ( Click for the areas)

2] Training- To train staff for various aspects of performance criterion.

3] Research- Conduct the scientific research on the identified areas.
