HR FORUM- ‘CRECEMIENTO’

Introduction:

 Crecemiento- HR Forum in VIM is one of the initiatives taken up by the students and faculty members to minimize the gap between industrial expectations and academic inputs. Also the forum has a vision to nurture our HR aspirants of VIM and to make them mature enough so that they would able to stand in this dynamic market where there is a mammoth of competition to be faced

 To be more specific this is a thoughtful attempt to make the students build their status in market    by increasing their knowledge & confidence level, providing clear understanding towards HR   concepts, and also making them aware of various  opportunities in the field of HR.

 Generally HR activities are taken as very  boredom profile, and are considered to be glorified clerks in industries, so this is an attempt to create a different dimension and colors to this segment in the minds of students.
