The institute has two wings – Teaching & Non-teaching. The Teaching Group has 27 faculty members and Non-Teaching Group has 27 employees. The Director reports to the Chairman of the Trust. There is also Vice-Chairman, reporting to the Chairman. The Chairman receives advice from the Governing Board from time to time.
The organizational processes are based on continuous meetings and informal interactions. The faculty members and the students participate freely in the interactions.
