Taught by three of Wharton School’s top faculty in the marketing department, this course covered three core topics in customer loyalty: branding, customer centricity, and practical, go-to-market strategies.
Prof Jayashree Vispute revealed that it was an amazing experience to re-visit the marketing fundamentals with Prof Babara Kahn. The high profile faculty of the University of Pennisylvania - Prof Peter Fader and Prof. David Bell have added a lot of credibility to the module. The lecture series were crisp with contemporary examples backed by real time research data. The exams and tests were thought provoking and rigorous. It has added a fresh dimension to her knowledge of marketing. This new perspective will aid her in her teaching and evaluation process.
